LIFE ClimatePath2050 International Conference: Designing Pathways toward Climate Neutrality

The preparation of the long-term climate strategies and national energy and climate plans is behind us. Still, we find ourselves at a turning point. We need to prepare additional measures and guidelines to increase ambitions up to 2030. The aim of the conference is to share the knowledge and experiences gained through the preparation of the national strategies and background analyses among the participants, to stimulate the use thereof, and to connect the modeling community, decision-makers, and other stakeholders.

The following issues will be addressed: long-term climate strategies, monitoring and evaluation for better climate governance and the challenges of carbon-neutral pathway modelling and analyses in energy supply, industry in LULUCF sectors.
