Policy seminar on energy efficiency measures and their impact on consumer behaviour

The online international policy seminar "Setting the agenda of the future policy discourse regarding energy efficiency measures and their impact on consumer behaviour will be held on 23 August 2021 at 13:30 CET. The seminar is organised within the framework of the Energy Conscious Consumers (ECO2) project, funded under the Horizon 2020 programme.

The aim of the seminar is to discuss gaps and challenges regarding energy efficiency measures for households and to propose adequate solutions under the form of policy recommendations and messages. Participants will also be given the chance for a forward look about future policy options in terms of energy efficiency and directing households’ behavior towards conscious energy consumption, discussing how the identified gaps could be addressed in future research within the EU 7-year financial framework 2021-2027.

The seminars' outcome will be a list of challenges/gaps and corresponding solutions, as well as recommendations for research questions for future research in the field of energy efficiency and consumer behaviour.
