Multiple benefits training session (Germany)

IREES (Germany), a partner in the Multiple Benefits project, will host a series of webinars and trainings starting in January.

Webinars share an overview of the concepts, how to assess multiple benefits, and highlight tools to help companies assess and quantify multiple benefits in projects. Training workshops are two-day, in-person trainings intended primarily for Energy Managers. Webinars are 1-2 hours. In workshops, participants learn and practice an approach for how to analyse and communicate energy efficiency projects strategically. Analysis and communication tools are provided and a Serious Game helps participants to practice what they’ve learned.

Webinars: 9.30 to 11am (live), or 2 to 3.30pm.

16 January: Multiple Benefits - Introduction, methodology and examples 

21 January: Definition of objectives, strategy and competitive advantage 

22 January: Financial Analysis of MB - Annual accounts, calculation methods and terminology 

23 January: Communication of MB - Presentation strategies, communication methods like framing and anchor effect
